Disneyland

We had such an awesome time in Disneyland! I seriously can not wait to go back!!! I loved everything about it! The fireworks at night were incredible and Izzy loved how the castle would light up! Such a magical place! I don't think it matters your age, Disneyland is the best place to be! Izabella and Abbie on the buzz light year ride.

Ezra's first ride -Pirates of the Caribbean

Ezra and Daddy on buzz light year

We had the privilege to meet up with my good friend Shannon and her cute family! We had a blast hanging out with them for the day!

I seriously LOVED LOVED LOVED the parades! They are just so fun!

Andrew, Izzy, and Maddie

Daddy and Ezra watching the parade

You can't go to Disneyland and not ride the tea cups now can you?

Ezra was such a good baby and made our experience there so much easier! I was scared taking such a little baby there but he was perfect as always!

Izzy has no fear and loved the roller coasters! She was barely tall enough so I would have her wear her taller shoes so she could get on. She was so brave and would wave her hands in the air the whole ride!

Outside California Adventure on our first day! Such a great and much needed vacation! Sad we had to say goodbye but look forward to when we can go to the happiest place on earth again!

Disneyland's characters

Izabella meeting some of her favorite characters!

We went to a breakfast where they had the characters coming around to meet all the kids! It was so fun to watch how exited all the little ones would get!

Izzy waiting so patiently to see Mickey Mouse.

She was so funny, she loved seeing them and would get so exited but she never wanted to get too close to them! Here she is finally getting brave, look at her hand! :)

She was super shy when she saw Tinkerbell but right after we left she got way exited and kept saying, "I just saw Tinkerbell, I just saw Tinkerbell!"

Dodger Game

My pops is a HUGE Dodger fan! So we hit up a game while we were in LA! It was so fun and Izabella had a blast! She loved all the music they would play and how noisy we would all get! Also she is a lot like her mommy and LOVED all the yummy food you can get at games!

San Diego

You can't make a trip to Cali and not visit the Ocean! It was a little cold there but that didn't stop the kiddos from jumping in their swimsuits and getting wet! Oh to be a kid again!

Izzy with some of her cousins

What's more perfect than getting a good nap on the beach?

Look out! That wave is going to get you!!!

Ezra didn't like how cold the water was!

Splish Splash

Great day well spent! I just think we brought half the sand home with us!!!!

My cutie batootie!

Ezra had his Dr appointment the other day and he is 20 1/2 pounds, 88% tile now! He passed Izabella up, she was only 18 at her 6 month check up! His nurse just LOVES when Ezra has an appointment. She always takes him from me and makes her rounds at the office to show him off! She is so proud of him. They all kept asking me why I starve him all the time! :-)1st hair cut
As you can see that Ezra's hair was turning into a white trash mullet and I desperately needed to get it cut! I was going to wait a year before I had him get his first haircut, that wasn't going to happen and I couldn't wait any longer!

Doesn't that look SO much better now! He looks SOOO old! I just can't get over it! I just had Sydney cut the back and trim up the sides and than she took a little off the top so its a fo-hawk. Love how it turned out! Thanks Syd you are the bomb!!!!

Breast Cancer... Race for the Cure!

For Mothers Day I got a VERY special delivery! A dozen cupcakes delivered to my front door! How yummy is that! Ammon wanted to do something a little different than flowers this year! Such a special and unexpected treat! LOVED IT! Thanks babe!I also got to participated in my absolute favorite run of the year! The Breast Cancer - Race for the Cure! They have it every May; the weekend of Mothers day! It is such an emotional/sad/happy/ fun/ exhilarating race! Everyone is wearing a sign on their back either stating in memory of.... or the name of a survior of breast cancer. So sad how many people are effected by this disease. I pretty much run with tears in my eyes the whole time! There were 18,000 people running/walking in the race this weekend. I had to run with the kiddos since Ammon was at work (missed you babe!). With that many people running it was difficult since I was such a wide load with the double jogger but I wouldnt have missed it for the world!

Izabella and Ezra before the race started! They were awesome kids, epecially since I had to wake them up at 6 this morning to get there on time.

The kiddos

Izabella is having her very 1st dance recital in a few weeks. This past weekend was picture day for her dance class. She was so EXITED to be able to put her costume on and trill around in her tutu. These girls are absolutely darling and so fun to watch!

Ezra turned 6 months yesterday! He is getting to be such a big boy! I know that I am biased but geez he is such a stinking cute little kid!! We have to wait another week until we have his Dr. appointment. We are taking bets on how much you think this chunky monk weighs... any takers?
