My cutie batootie!

Ezra had his Dr appointment the other day and he is 20 1/2 pounds, 88% tile now! He passed Izabella up, she was only 18 at her 6 month check up! His nurse just LOVES when Ezra has an appointment. She always takes him from me and makes her rounds at the office to show him off! She is so proud of him. They all kept asking me why I starve him all the time! :-)1st hair cut
As you can see that Ezra's hair was turning into a white trash mullet and I desperately needed to get it cut! I was going to wait a year before I had him get his first haircut, that wasn't going to happen and I couldn't wait any longer!

Doesn't that look SO much better now! He looks SOOO old! I just can't get over it! I just had Sydney cut the back and trim up the sides and than she took a little off the top so its a fo-hawk. Love how it turned out! Thanks Syd you are the bomb!!!!

Breast Cancer... Race for the Cure!

For Mothers Day I got a VERY special delivery! A dozen cupcakes delivered to my front door! How yummy is that! Ammon wanted to do something a little different than flowers this year! Such a special and unexpected treat! LOVED IT! Thanks babe!I also got to participated in my absolute favorite run of the year! The Breast Cancer - Race for the Cure! They have it every May; the weekend of Mothers day! It is such an emotional/sad/happy/ fun/ exhilarating race! Everyone is wearing a sign on their back either stating in memory of.... or the name of a survior of breast cancer. So sad how many people are effected by this disease. I pretty much run with tears in my eyes the whole time! There were 18,000 people running/walking in the race this weekend. I had to run with the kiddos since Ammon was at work (missed you babe!). With that many people running it was difficult since I was such a wide load with the double jogger but I wouldnt have missed it for the world!

Izabella and Ezra before the race started! They were awesome kids, epecially since I had to wake them up at 6 this morning to get there on time.

The kiddos

Izabella is having her very 1st dance recital in a few weeks. This past weekend was picture day for her dance class. She was so EXITED to be able to put her costume on and trill around in her tutu. These girls are absolutely darling and so fun to watch!

Ezra turned 6 months yesterday! He is getting to be such a big boy! I know that I am biased but geez he is such a stinking cute little kid!! We have to wait another week until we have his Dr. appointment. We are taking bets on how much you think this chunky monk weighs... any takers?

Legacy Center

On Saturday we had a family party at the Legacy Center and the kids got to go swimming. This was Ezra's first time and he TOTALLY loved it! Ammon had to work so it was just me and the kiddos. I was scared to death to have two little one's all by myself but Izzy was a VERY good girl and wore her life jacket the whole time! We mainly hung out in the little kiddie pool that was shallow enough for her to go off and play and she was able to go up and down the slide while I just sat at the bottom with Ezra. She loved being free and enjoyed being with her cousins. Since it was just me I wasn't able to get any pictures of them actually swimming, and who needs a pic of me in a swimsuit anyways! It was a fun afternoon well spent!

The Easter Bunny Came!

The Easter Bunny decided to make a stop at our house this year. Izzy was so exited when she came down the stairs and saw that the bunny had left eggs EVERYWHERE! She had a lot of fun running around the house picking up the eggs and putting them in her basket.

Ezra in his easter outfit. Ammon made fun of me; he told me "You finally have a boy, why are you dressing him in PINK?" ha ha I just wanted the two to match.

Izabella in her outfit.
I tried SO hard to get a pic of the two of them and this in the one that I got with Izzy crying. We let her eat some of her Easter candy before we had breakfast and we paid for it in the end!

Dying Easter Eggs

It is so fun now that Izabella is getting older and is getting into the holidays more. This weekend we dyed some Easter eggs with some of our friends. It was kind of nice because the Mom's just took all the pictures while the Dad's helped all the kids. Thanks to the Wards and the Arnells for a fun evening.

Am I really old enough to be 30????

I turned 30 a few weeks ago.... and to tell you the truth I was having a VERY HARD time with it! But my Family and Friends made it very special for me and boy was I spoiled by everyone!! On the morning of; Ammon and I got kneaders for breakfast- way yummy! Than I opened my gifts, one of my gifts is skydiving! Can not wait to do that this summer when the weather is nicer! Also he gave me a gift certificate to the mall so I could go shopping for the day! What more can a girl ask for? So we got ready and hit the mall, don't want that gift certificate to turn cold now do we!? :-) So he wrestled with the kids while I did my thing! Than he lined up a sitter so we could go to Chef's Table for dinner! I recommend it to anyone celebrating an event; very romatic and super good! (might just have to go back there on our anniversary!) Afterwards we went back to my sisters house for cake and ice cream. Ammon knows that my favorite dessert is cheesecake or brownies and he found a mix that was a brownie cheesecake, and he made it for me! So sweet! Ammon ONLY makes eggs so this was a very special treat! We also had Strawberry shortcake for everyone else too.
The birthday celebration continued the next day! My Mom and my sisters know how much I love girls night out, so they called a bunch of my friends and the following night we celebrated at Olive Garden! I had a blast! It also include more cheesecake for desert! :)
I totally forgot my camera so I need to get pictures from my Mom from girls night out, I will post them when I get them from her. The one's below are what Becky got, so thanks for sending me them!

Izzy practicing blowing out the candles.
This was actually at Becky's birthday party a week later but I thought it was cute so I wanted to include it. (Geez, I am a shorty. Our faces are red from laughing so hard!)
