Every day grind!

I've been Picture Tagged...and you might be next!The rules are you have to take pictures of the following things. You have to do it right away. No straightening, cleaning, or wiping your child's nose. And then tag five others.

1. Favorite Room - this is my living room because this is where I can lay on my comfy couches and watch T.V.; a favorite thing to do of mine! Also I repainted this room this past summer and I love the colors!

2. My bedroom - as you can tell we have kids. Don't you love the bassinet in the corner with the bouncer next to it and the swing in the other corner but I absolutely love love love this recliner! So comfortable!!

3. My bathroom sink - no I didn't straighten this up or wipe it down, I was just lucky that I cleaned the whole house yesterday!

4. My favorite pair of shoes, can you tell that I love heels? Look in the background! :)

5. My side of the closet and this is only half of my clothes! Yes I love clothes but you should see Ammon's side too, he loves clothes just as much as I do which makes it nice to be able to shop for new ones because he wont tell me NO!

6. My chidren and what they are doing right now, hence the reason I am able to blog right now!

7. A picture of me - I am cheating a little bit because I got up at 4 this morning to feed Ezra before I went to the gym and needless to say we dont need a picture of what I look like!! Oh I hear Ezra better go....... :) So I tag - Beck, Shelly (I want to see pics of you new house), Laura G., Marci W., and Brittney S.

Love to Dance!

Here is an update of Izzy's dance class! She totally LOVES it now- it took her a few weeks to warm up but now she gets so exited every Thursday when I tell her that we have dance that day! She has learned so much already and we have fun at home practising what she learned that day. Right now they are learning a dance for the Christmas program they are putting on and I cannot wait to see how she will react in front of a crowd of people.

My Little Man!

Here is some updated pictures of Ezra. I can't believe how much he has changed in just one week! It has been so much fun having him in our house! Izzy has loved it too! She loves to help bath him and put lotion on him and helps me pick out his clothes everyday. I just wish that she knew how to change his diaper!! :)

Pool Party!

We had a family birthday party at the Lehi Legacy Center this last week. Izzy had so much fun swimming with Daddy. She loved that she was big enough to climb up the slide and go down all by herself without any help. I can't believe how much kids grows up in just a few months (this last summer I had to help her.)

So she is wearing a life jacket that she let Ammon put on without a a fight - you think that she did that for me this last summer? No way - stinker! :)

No more monkeys.....

The other day I walked past Izzy's room and she was jumping on the bed so I went and grabbed the camara because she looked like she was having tons of fun - when she noticed that I was there she turned around and folded her arms and tried to pretend that she was being a good girl and not jumping on the bed like she's not suppose to! I just thought that I would share this pic because I think that she looks too cute here!

Our bundle of joy!

We are so exited to introduce our new little man! Ezra Ammon Childs! Ezra was born Monday November 3rd @ 5:22 pm. He weighed a whopping 8.2 pd and was 20 1/2 inches long! He is such a sweet little boy and it has been so much fun this last week with him home! Izzy absolutely adores him and wants to give him kisses all the time. She has to know where he is at and when we are sitting down at the table to eat she makes sure that he is in his bouncer right next to her on the floor. So stinking cute!
